About the Speaker
Leo Kerr was co-founder of Carbon Neutral in 2001. This was the first not-for-profit organisation of its kind in Australia that developed a formula for everyday people and businesses to calculate and offset their carbon through donating to planting trees where land owners agreed to a 99 year covenant protecting the trees. Millions of trees were planted across WA as a result of this initiative which still continues.

Leo was also the co-founder of the Children’s Forest which now covers 17 hectares in Whiteman Park, and founder of the Million Trees Program through which tens of thousands of WA students have planted millions of trees.
