Season’s Greetings
The summer holiday season in the place where we are occurs during the Noongar season of BIRAK, which is the “First Summer” and “Season of the Young”. (BOM Indigenous Weather Knowledge) What a wonderful time to be young or young at heart!
One World Centre would like to thank all of our members and supporters for another year of connection, learning and transformation. We wish you all the very best for this season, where ever you are in the world!
Library Open Week!
From the library team, we also want to let teachers, early years educators, community members and students know that the OWC Resource Library will be having a special Open Week before Term 1 gets underway, from 19 January – 25 January, 9am-5pm daily.
We invite you to visit us if you are after teaching and learning resources, membership renewals, ideas, networking, or just to meet the team! Come as a group and stay as long as you like, tea and coffee provided.
